OUT OF STOCK ITEMS On rare occasions an item may become out of stock at point of processing your purchase, should this occur we will contact you to advise you of this along with the estimated re-stocking time, usually between (7-14 days). Full refunds will of course be actioned should you choose this option. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER Yes, in accordance with the Office of Fair Trading Distant Selling Regulations (DSR) should within SEVEN DAYS upon receipt of the product/goods you ‘change your mind’ i.e. the item is not faulty and you have simply changed your mind you are within your rights to cancel the order and request a refund. Please note that a request for an order cancellation MUST be made in writing by POST or EMAIL within SEVEN days of receipt of the goods. This should contain the following information: Name & Address Order Number Purchase Date Upon receipt of the Cancellation Request you will be sent relevant return forms/numbers You are requested to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and return the goods with the original packaging. All steps are taken to refund monies via the same medium the payment was made i.e. If purchase was via Pay Pal a refund will be issued direct to the customers Pay Pal account. The DSR states that refunds should be made within 30 days at the latest, however we endeavour to make refunds as soon as possible. Please note that you the customer will be liable for the postage costs in returning the product/goods to us in respect of ‘Cancellation Requests.
