Our web site uses Pay Pal as it's default check out system, however you do not need to have an account with Pay Pal to use it. All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS payments are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account, Cheque payments are not cleared for 14 days.

Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
On rare occasions an item may become out of stock at point of processing your purchase, should this occur we will contact you to advise you of this along with the estimated re-stocking time, usually between (7-14 days).  Full refunds will of course be actioned should you choose this option.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Yes, in accordance with the Office of Fair Trading Distant Selling Regulations (DSR) should within SEVEN DAYS upon receipt of the product/goods you ‘change your mind’ i.e. the item is not faulty and you have simply changed your mind you are within your rights to cancel the order and request a refund.

Please note that a request for an order cancellation MUST be made in writing by POST or EMAIL within SEVEN days of receipt of the goods.  This should contain the following information:

Name & Address
Order Number
Purchase Date

Upon receipt of the Cancellation Request you will be sent relevant return forms/numbers

You are requested to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and return the goods with the original packaging.

All steps are taken to refund monies via the same medium the payment was made i.e. If purchase was via Pay Pal a refund will be issued direct to the customers Pay Pal account.  The DSR states that refunds should be made within 30 days at the latest, however we endeavour to make refunds as soon as possible.

Please note that you the customer will be liable for the postage costs in returning the product/goods to us in respect of ‘Cancellation Requests.

DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
No, the acount process is an option.  You are free to browse and shop without opening an account.

DO THE PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
The prices displayed are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of post and packaging costs.  If a product displays a discount for quantities purchased, please ensure to edit the quantity amount within the shopping basket during the checkout process.

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE COSTS?
The basket will calculate the postage for you according to the weight of your entire purchase.  You can also see the approx. weight of each item within its description.

Please be advised that the shopping basket will only show you the amount of postage payable for your entire purchase if you input an address (or any other text) in the required address fields. Please note that by doing so DOES NOT commit you into completing the purchase.

All purchases are dispatched using Royal Mail or other National Courier services.  Once your order has been dispatched we will send an email advising you as such along with tracking details.  All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges

Yes, however we would ask you to email your requirements prior to completing the basket process in order for us to advise you of the postage rate.
